One small remark.  An example of setting a label is

su -c 'e2label /dev/example f7-slash'

and later an example of an fstab line is using

LABEL=/f7-slash  /  ext3  defaults  1 1

Both are clearly correct but this may suggest that the same label is
shown in both places and '/' is somehow "special" in "LABEL=...".
It is really here a character like any other one and two different
labels are used in examples above.  This may turn out confusing.

An explicit example of an fstab entry for mount by UUID also should
show up.  Yes, I know that this is practically the same as the one
for LABEL if longer.  :-)
