FWIW, this is on my TO-DO list.  I'd like to try to mimic Epiphany's
behavior of displaying "Caret" in the status bar, but I'm open to other
suggestions too.  This, of course, is in addition to tracking down the
source of the scrolling malfunction in GtkHTML.
