The reason is unclear, I remember this being discussed here within the
last couple of months. I believe the consensus was that it was
similar reasoning as to the removal of Calc's automatic calculation
expansion (where you 'grab' the lower right corner of the
cell-highlighter and drag to auto extend calculations to other
cells). I suspect that RedHat likes to keep things more different
from M$ products, but there could be other reasons.
