Might I suggest the following changes to the updated Tips and Tricks section:

To be safe, Yum halts and doesn't perform any package changes on your system if there is a dependency problem within the repository or in the set of packages marked for installation or update. Use the Yum skip-broken plugin if you would like to override this safety feature and install or update only those packages that are unaffected by dependency problems. Refer to the [WWW] draft guide for more details.
