You're doing fullvirt right? Paravirt only works if the operating system in
question has been altered for paravirt. In Fedora / RHEL world this is an
images/xen directory to load the xen kernel from. You most likely need to do
fullvirt.
I guess it's time to shop for a new Core2 Duo/AMD X2 laptop.
