run "sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9625-pkg1.run --extract-only" Edit the 17th line in NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9625-pkg1.run/usr/src/nv/nv-linux so that the #include <linux/config.h> to be
#include <linux/autoconf.h> . Then execute the nvidia-installer under the NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9625-pkg1 directory.

I am getting the same error building for x86_64. It is compalining about
config.h being missing. (I don't have the exact message on hand as my
laptop is at home.)
This needs to be posted on the forums at nvidia.com, if it has not
already.
