No. The content was not send or added. If you believe this is release
notes worthy, you can add it to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats/I18n
It is past the ISO freeze date but we will have a separate package for
the release notes in FC6 and any changes made now will be in the post
release web errata and package update.
