Perhaps you could post a small screenshot so we get some context? I'm not a KDE
person (ick, to be frank I despise Qt/KDE with a passion for UI nonsense like
this), but I'd guess that it's the listing of the maximum available versus the
number of active connections up- and downstream on your system.
