Trying the command above from the root account I see now: (gnome-mount:7073): Bonobo-CRITICAL **: bonobo_object_unref: assertion `BONOBO_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed If non-root then it just prints its version (nobody knows what for) and silently fails.
