Is anyone else seeing this? Over the last few weeks, it seems that my
laptop (Intel Centrino 1.4Ghz) will scale for a bit, but then will get
stuck at 600Mhz (lowest frequency) and not scale at all. Attempts to
force it back up to 1.4Ghz are met with a whole bunch of nothing.
Sometimes, it will suddenly start working again, but will never be
reliable after that.
So, questions are:
1) Are others seeing this (or maybe just wondering why their laptops
are running real slow :)
2) Where would a bug for this get filed?
