yum broken in newest rawhide?

Is anyone else having problems with yum after the newest rawhide?  Mine is bombing out immediately upon execution.  I reverted to yum in FC5 and it worked again correctly.  This seems to only happen after todays build.  Just wanted to get a feel for things here before filing a bug report.

The error I am receiving is :
