That is kind of hard to do.  The tool just sees it missing when checking
against the previous run.  Usually it doesn't show up in the Extras
released tree for a few more days, so even checking there isn't going to
help.




I take it that there will be a lot more packages migrating to Extras. If it is not possible to automate an announcement for packages being transferred to Extras, might it be possible to announce transferred packages by those responsible for the current package in core?
