Hi. I've got rawhide running on one machine, and by and large things work well. The only repeated snag of late has been trying to update glibc, as all attempts fail with rpm dying due to an assertion error. This problem is in bugzilla as bug #190488, and is currently marked as a 'wontfix' bug. I have the most current RPM package for rawhide installed, btw. My question is just how is everyone else managing to get the last couple of glibc updates installed? Is there an option or set of options needed to make RPM skip the check where the assertion fails? Are people using some other program to do the installation, or perhaps built their own RPM binary and been using that? Thanks in advance for any suggestions, workarounds, etc. Art Haas -- Man once surrendering his reason, has no remaining guard against absurdities the most monstrous, and like a ship without rudder, is the sport of every wind. -Thomas Jefferson to James Smith, 1822 -- fedora-test-list mailing list fedora-test-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list
