You'll have to remove libpiscok by hand to get the update working.
The updated (and downgraded) pilot-link do not require it.

As for the pilot-link downgrade, it was require to solve the two-release
old pilot-sync problem. (That was triggered by the decision to use
alpha-level pilot-link on FC4 and FC5 release.)
