We're still waiting for anyone to report that it is reproducible with a
fresh installation. (it's not reproducible here at all)
I see some troubles when lang set to Czech - audacity has troubles with
utf8 displaiing - it displays "typical" garbage as you can see on
iso8859-2 term displaying utf8 text.
This is not fresh install.
