doesn't resolve users problem, perhaps. Was working in Test with the
following workaround:

create symlink for /dev/pilot (in your case to ttyusb) - chmod 0666
/dev/pilot - restart gpilot-daemon - works flawlessy for me. But until the
last Version of FC5Test3, it was not able to sync evolutions calendar...
