Hard Drive Install fails with ``Unable to read package metadata''

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Anybody been able to do this on an older laptop w/ FC5B3?

I can install FC4 on this box, but wanted to use FC5 (and, I did not
bring the FC4 cds home this weekend).

Every time I try to select HD install (after I have copied the .isos to
the local drive), it bombs out looking for package metadata.

Any clues?

OK, Joke's over. Bring back the constitution.

But Yogi, the RIAA won't like that.
