After today's update from rawhide gpm no longer reports the power level at 
all on my system. It is stuck at 51 %. The applet (battery charge monitor) 
reports the correct % charge. At least it sits there without crashing. This 
is after booting a number of times. Stopping and starting haldaemon did get 
it updated but then it freezes up again not reporting the correct %.
