soft lockup detected on CPU#0! (Xen)

Is anyone else getting error messages, if they start yum both on the host 
and guest to the effect of "soft lockup detected on CPU#0!"  The guest 
terminal throws more information and stop responding, but after several 
seconds behaving normally where it left off.
