FC5T2 - Synaptic Touchpad hell

Now that the kernel is fixed (Thanks Dave!!), here is another hell :) for the x86_64 user - The synaptic touch pad does not work all the time. It is sticky and sometimes will do the strangest thing. Here are the messages:
