Oh, here's another one....
The rescue CD kernel runs with selinux enabled. However it doesn't
auto-mount your selinuxfs on the chroot-ed filesystem. Hence, under
chroot you can't upgrade any rpms, because of selinux failures, until
you mount /selinux yourself, because rpm expects a selinux kernel to
have that filesystem mounted.
