I assume you wanted me to look at the rawhide build report:
Broken deps for i386
----------------------------------------------------------
...
        rhythmbox - 0.9.2-8.i386 requires libtotem-plparser.so.0

good enough...I assume from the build report that no bug is required for
this issue.

No bug needed, it has been broke for a few days. If you don't know how to get around this:

yum --exclude=totem update
