Once upon a time, hotplugged storage devices get mounted under /media using their volume labels, and life was good. Recently, however, I noticed that they get mounted in /media/disk, /media/disk-1, /media/disk-2, etc .. This is inconsequential for Nautilus / GNOME users, but quite a pain when trying to use the drives from the console. What would the expected behavior be for test3 / final release?
