Install package "netdump-serer" on the server.  I don't think it really need 
any configuration work.

Install package "netdump" on the client, edit /etc/sysconfig/netdump as 
appropriate, run "chkconfig netdump on" and "/etc/init.d/netdump start".

Then it should work.
