There's still two fairly heavyweight debugging options left on
(slab debugging, and the new mutex debugging).

mutex I'll turn off in a few days, as nothing seems to be getting triggered
(now is a good time to have it on, as there are lots of conversions going
 on from existing semaphores to new style mutexes).  Slab will still be
on for another week or two, whilst some corruption issues are still tracked.
