Interesting. According to the thread, Firefox also depends on the XUL
engine. Somehow, I have Firefox 1.5 installed without Mozilla now
(I decided to jettison Yelp along with Mozilla). I guess Firefox now
contains the XUL engine as well? Maybe Yelp could get its engine
needs met through Firefox, until XULrunner is released?

Not sure its switchable easily at this point. Eclipse as well as liferea depends on Mozilla for similar reasons. There is a open report on this at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=156563 but work should really happen within the upstream projects. Not hopeful that this will be fixed in the current release schedule.
