Yes, I had that problem with xmms from extras on x86_64.  I'm running
FC4 on that box though. Thatmight mean something. The two output plugins
that work are separate rpms, are they not?  I rebuilt the xmms src.rpm
in extras and now I have alsa, oss, and disk writer plugins. The only
change I made to the spec file was the release number to get rpm to
upgrade.
