Yeah, we were stuck between a rock and a hard place with the combination
of the schedule, the holidays and the things that we wanted to land for
the release.  Given the state of things, we decided that it would be
better to allow things to settle out and be fixed for a little while
longer and just take the schedule hit. 

At the same time, since this is the second test release slip in this
cycle, we're going to be sure to sit down and look hard at what is the
cause for the increased amount of slippage this time around so that we
can try to avoid it in the future while maintaining the quality that we
want to deliver.
