Just done some more fedora updates and it gets here now:

Starting Udev:    [ok]
**some code stuff**
Initializing Hadware........ + ide=
+ scsi=
+ network=
+ audio=
+ other=
++ kmodule -d
++ read devtype mod

Then the system freezes.
