I also see the same problem. I have a little script which downs the interface, removes the kernel module and ups the interface again which fixes it for me. Strangely enough, it seems to vary for me. Sometimes the wireless will work fine for a week or so, and sometimes it'll die after a few minutes. One of the bugs mentions that the rawhide kernel (2.6.15-rc based I guess) fixes some firmware problems for them.
