Do you have a particular bug number? I didn't see any obvious ones
searching on ipw2200.

I also see the same problem. I have a little script which downs the
interface, removes the kernel module and ups the interface again which
fixes it for me.

Strangely enough, it seems to vary for me. Sometimes the wireless will
work fine for a week or so, and sometimes it'll die after a few minutes.

One of the bugs mentions that the rawhide kernel (2.6.15-rc based I
guess) fixes some firmware problems for them. I may try FC5test1 myself
soon but I don't know if this is the same problem I'm having.
