There is a Battery Monitor, but it's a diff. thing. But i'm not seeing power manager as an applet anymore, even though there appear to be some gconf.xml files present for it.

The reason is that gnome-power-manager was not installed.

My other question is that RHN notification icon no longer shows up. If you can think of why, please let me know.
