It did not work too well.

$ rpm -qRp gnome-games-2.12.1-2.x86_64.rpm | grep howl
libhowl.so.0()(64bit)

$ rpm -qRp gnomemeeting-1.2.2-3.x86_64.rpm | grep howl
howl >= 0.9.7

Bugzilla time?

Plus tons of a colateral breakage caused by this:

makes for a system where it is hard to really update most of things
even when "--exclude"ing quite a few of things.

Add to that a new 'sort' catching various things which use "+<num>" and
"-<num>" field identifications, which they should not do, and things
are getting really "interesting".
