Description :
The kernel package contains the Linux kernel (vmlinuz), the core of any
Linux operating system.  The kernel handles the basic functions
of the operating system:  memory allocation, process allocation, device
input and output, etc.

Due to the collection of security fixes piling up, this is going
to go out as an update in the next few days unless someone finds
something catastrophically wrong with it.

This update can also be installed with the Update Agent; you can
launch the Update Agent with the 'up2date' command.  You may
need to edit your up2date channels configuration.  Within
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources enable the following line:
yum updates-testing http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/3/$ARCH
