According to httpd.conf:

Listen *:80

I can access the webserver...I just get the default host,
not the specific virtual hosts that I want.

This isn't by any chance an old verson of Apache? (like older than
1.3.13)


It's apache 2.0.54-6.


Check to make sure Tux isn't running - it can prevent Apache from binding to port 80.
