kernel source rpm won't build

I'm trying to build 2.6.11-1.1284_FC4 src rpm

I really need to build a kernel that has no DRM and AGP so that I can
build specific modules for VIA EPIA M. This is becoming urgent enough to
make me want to give up on Fedora for my current project.
