I see that the headers dir doesn't exist in rawhide, either because yum now uses repodata or something is wrong? In the case of repodata, what should be in the /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources dir to point to what would show needs updating for the rhn applet? It doesn't seem to use the repo structure to show you the exclamation point when things need updating. Just shows the check mark that it's updated.
