The kernel should have the drivers, but you need firmware, since the firmware has a license that does not allow it to be distributed with Fedora Core. http://dl.atrpms.net/production/packages/common/atrpms/ipw2200-firmware-2.2-5.at.noarch.rpm Grab that RPM, then install it, and you should be good to go.
