Possibly related to the fact that both xmlsec1 and openoffice.org-core
provide "libxmlsec1.so.1" albeit they install them to different
directories.

$ rpm -qlp xmlsec1-1.2.7-4.i386.rpm | grep 'libxmlsec1.so.1$'
/usr/lib/libxmlsec1.so.1
$ rpm -qlp openoffice.org-core-1.9.89-3.i386.rpm | \
grep 'libxmlsec1.so.1$'
/usr/lib/openoffice.org1.9.89/program/libxmlsec1.so.1
