Any solution for people with no floppy drive is there or are there plans to
make a boot cd that lets you chose other install methods

What if you use the boot floppys of Fedora Core 1?

Whith these floppys you can install whith FTP, HTTP, NFS, HardDisk, and so
on.

The driver disk of Fedora Core 1 was for me up-to-date (for my NIC).
