this happened to me the last few times i added a comment in bugzilla (2.18):
"You tried to change the Resolution field from no value to NOTABUG, but
only the owner or submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered
user, may change that field."
steps to reproduce:
--------
1; follow a bugzilla-email-link (not the owner)
2; not logged in / mozilla cookies default
3; add a comment
4; save changes
5; log in / allow cookies
"You tried to change the Resolution field from no value to NOTABUG, but
only the owner or submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered
user, may change that field."
6; remove the comment
7: reload the bugzilla-report
8; add the comment again
9; save changes / logged in
10; all is ok

is this a problem with cookies or because i was not logged in the first
time ?
this problem was not in the old bugzilla.
