What makes you think so? $ rpm -q apt ; rpm -ql apt | grep libapt-pkg-libc6.3-6.so.0 apt-0.5.15cnc6-53.4.rhfc3.at /usr/lib/libapt-pkg-libc6.3-6.so.0 /usr/lib/libapt-pkg-libc6.3-6.so.0.1.1 The same is probably true of all other repos as well.
