Regarding kernel-hugemem - your eariler post says:

"If you have a lot of memory (16GB or more), or have a workload that
benefits from being able to have more address space, you can use the
-hugemem kernel to run with 4g/4g again."

Does this mean - it won't work on machines less than 16GB?

I tired it on my thinkpad - with 1GB (assuming it should be simlar to
the current kernel-2.6.9-1.681_FC3 with 4g/4g) - but it wouldn't boot.
It was stuck at:

Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the kernel
