FC3 Graphical Install untenable with GeForce2 MX/MX 400 & Acer AL1715 lcd display

When I attempted a graphical install, the "install screen" was offset 5 
cm horizontally to the right in the viewable area.
Thus when I needed to operate the right hand slider to get to the bottom 
of the custom install display, I could not locate it.

The monitor left-right adjustment was insufficient to compensate for 
this offset.

A text install worked OK.
