I just ran yum and it isn't there.  The developer said this morning on
bugzilla that it might take a while to become available as an update. 
He thus posted a link to a "personal" copy that we could test with. 

The problem I am having is this:

#rpm -i rhgb*rpm
warning: user ***** does not exist - using root
warning: group www does not exist - using root
warning: user ***** does not exist - using root
warning: group www does not exist - using root

# rpm -q rhgb
rhgb-0.15.1-1.FC3 <-- this is not the upgraded version. 

I'll just wait for yum, I guess. 

I hid the name of the developer.
