I downloaded glibc-headers and tried to rpm it. It failed on a
dependency of kernel-headers. I can't find a "kernel-headers" in the
FC3 dirs. I tried installing glibc-kernheaders, but it is giving a
warning of NOKEY and not installing, even with --force.

What now ?

Why wasn't glibc-headers installed when I added the development packages
to my personal installation ?
