How about a file system that uses a CDRW (or DVD+/-RW) as a real time file system, ie you can write to it like a floppy disk and you wouldn't need to run burner software. I've got clients that need to send me stuff from machines that are not networked. Floppy disk drives are troublesome in an industrial environment. Surprizingly, cdrom drives hold up well. It would be really convenient to have a real time cdrw/dvdrw, even if it took 15 minutes to umount/eject the disk. -- Kim Lux (Mr.) Diesel Research Inc
