Network control device

Can not get the network control device to stay at the  primary dns that i 
set for 205.171.3.65 Or the
secondary dns that is 205.171.2.65 to stay at these settings when i reboot 
my system it goes back to
192.168.0.1 primary dns and secondary 205.171.3.65  I can not get the 
internet to work with mozill
if these settings do not stay as default. Is there any ideas out there that 
can help me.
