Basic information time:
+What kernel is the fc3test box running?
+Your adsl modem is giving you lan ip addresses via DHCP? or are they
static addresses?
+Does the problem on the other computers go away when you start the
network on the fc3test box but the cable is left in? /sbin/service
network stop
+With the network active on the fc3test box,
what does /sbin/ifconfig report
what does /sbin/route  report
+What Ethernet controller string does /sbin/lspci report for that onboard nic?
