Packages in Fedora Core Test releases are signed.  Packages in rawhide
aren't necessarily signed, since someone has to be around to sign
them, and, at the time the daily rawhide trees are composed, there
generally isn't anyone around.  There's another thread going on on
this subject that has more details, if you're interested.
