I'd guess this is likely https://bugzilla.redhat.com/2353148 /
https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/147271/3 . workaround for now is
'boot a GCC 14-built kernel somehow' (it's probably possible to block
the driver with kernel args, but I didn't figure out and confirm that
yet).
